The Wells Group Pilates classes are designed to suit all abilities whether you are just starting out or a seasoned Pilates pro.
Classes are offered as 6 or 7 week "terms" with a break in-between in-line with the school holidays. There will be a limited number of 'drop-in' spaces each week.
The Wells classes and the 221 Buddy sessions in Somerton are mat based incorporating small equipment such as bands, balls and weights. Both classes use the MELT Method balls and rollers.
UNDERSTANDING
your movement
Exercise develops muscular strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and co-ordination to facilitate moving with ease, flow and grace.
Classes use the smaller apparatus – balls, bands, rings, hand weights and foam rollers to support and challenge movements. MELT Balls, Rollers and Bands are used to release tension, activate core & stabilising mechanisms and realign the body.
Private sessions can also benefit from the Pilates Reformer Tower. Thesee 'Larger Pilates Equipment Work' exercises are dynamic and versatile, offering a variety of spring resistances to challenge, progress or regress exercises. General, personal, rehabilitative or elite physical performance training available.

At the start of each new 'term' you will need to sign up for the full term. The discounted rate is already included so no need to keep buying the Pilates packages.
PLUS if you can't make it in person, you're still very welcome to join the session by Zoom!
