Cancellation Policy

*NB. Please ensure that you are aware of the terms of conditions and privacy policy. Pilates classes are now booked by ‘term’. If you are unable to attend a class in the term in person, you are welcome to join via Zoom. Please let Zoisa know asap if you are wanting to join via Zoom so that she can activate the link when the class starts. If you wish to cancel your term space in the Pilates Group Classes, please note the following refund policy applies: • Cancellation is more than 1 week from the start of the term: full refund less £15 admin charge and £10 transaction fees • Cancellation is within 1 week of the term start date: 50% refund less £15 admin charge and £10 transaction fees • Cancellation is less than 24 hours before the term start date/time: 0% refund unless your space is filled BEFORE the term starts in which case you will receive a 50% refund less £15 admin charge and £10 transaction fees Please honour the studio’s cancellation policy by contacting me via e-mail, text, or phone.
