What are the signs and symptoms that indicate the heart system is out of balance?


When out of balance the symptoms are:

🤯 Elevated stress levels

😫 Anxiety, depression, worry

🫥 Reduced emotions / Inability to recognise or express emotions

☣️ Stuck in emotional loops, easily triggered or yoyo emotions

😞 Low self confidence

🫤 Apathy, numb

🏃‍♀️ Distraction, frantically busy

🫣 Procrastination

🚫 Habits, additions

⛔️ Overwhelm, victim consciousness


Actions to take:

‍🩻 Breathing exercises

🥛 Drink water

😊 Reduce stress

🍽 Balance blood sugars by eating balanced PFC at every meal

📙 Start a worry journal - helps to get the thoughts out of your head

🧘‍♀️ Selfcare & stress management e.g. yoga, massage, mediation
