Good Health starts with 4 Fundamental questions
TAKE AN INTEGRATED APPROACH TO YOUR HEALTH & WELLBEING
Why?
Looking at the bigger picture of your health
Your body, brain, hormones, heart, emotions, nutrition, gut health, nervous and connective tissue systems
ARE ALL INTERCONNECTED.
That means that whilst a symptom may present in one part of your body, no ache, pain or imbalance happens only in an isolated part of your body.
So if you're tired of living in pain, always on medication and never feeling like yourself, or frustrated with being told your symptoms are normal, understanding the bigger picture of your health may help to get a resolution!
An integrated approach can help to:
Improve memory,
focus and concentration
Reduce aches and pains in joints, back, neck or shoulders
Improve discernment, self confidence
and provide support
Calm the overactive nervous system
Improve posture, balance and movement
Build strength,
stamina and resilience
Prevent re-occurring injuries
Release muscle stiffness or tension
Support digestion,
or gut issues
All journeys need to have a starting point.
Because everyone’s heath journey and history is different, and everyone’s goals are unique, it's important that all 4U customers start with an initial assessment, where I use my integrated health model to look at the WHOLE you (mental, physical, emotional and structural) to understand what is going on in your body.
Together we investigate your current
balance, posture, proprioception and pain symptoms
We learn what is holding you back, how we can improving fitness and strength, where pain is coming from (and it may not be where you think!), your nutrition, sleep and life style, and then create a tailored plan for you, including training and treatments needed to reach your individual goals.
After your initial assessment your own health journey will involve the following stages, each with their own beneficial classes, treatments and courses:
Physical, biochemical, mental and emotional imbalances overload our systems resulting in poor posture, hypertonic muscles, loss of balance, sensation and pain that takes longer to go away. In our sessions, I will show you to recognise these signs & symptoms in yourself, and through Kinesiology muscle testing and techniques help your body to regain balance and restore its natural healing abilities.
It is important to realise that recovery is an important part of our health. The body needs time, space and the right environment and support to be able to restore, heal and regain balance or homeostasis. All aspects of us - physical/structural, emotional/mental, hormonal/biochemical - need regular attention. Left unaddressed, it can lead to imbalance and set you on the pathway to chronic pain or illness.
I offer a range of massage treatments and also reiki to help your body to rest, restore and heal ready to help you reach your fitness and movement goals.
The MELT Method (MELT) is a simple self-treatment that reduces chronic pain and helps you stay healthy and active for a lifetime. MELT works with the neuro-fascial system, connective tissue system, structural relationships of alignment, tension and compression between the soft tissues and bones, the nervous system and body sense. Through the use of MELT balls and rollers we encourage fluid flow around the body. When the connective tissue is hydrated and free of stuck stress, your body functions more efficiently and natural healing occurs daily.

The right time to take action is anytime, just make time to create the change.
There is no quick fix, it takes time, effort, discipline, dedication, determination and self-responsibility. We all have these qualities in us, sometimes we just need a helping hand, support, guidance and encouragement.
